Contact & Dialogue

Contact is part of the ACT phase — where dialogue supports continuous improvement, clarifies understanding, and prepares thoughtful decisions before the next planning cycle begins.

Purpose of Contact

This is not a sales channel. Contact serves several ACT-phase functions:

  • Clarification — Ask questions about system structure, PDCA logic, or implementation approach
  • Preparation — Discuss readiness indicators, organizational context, or domain selection
  • Learning exchange — Share implementation experiences or challenges encountered
  • System refinement — Contribute observations that inform documentation or architectural improvements

What Contact Is Not

Contact is not for sales inquiries, demo requests, or feature negotiations. The system exists as described. Contact supports understanding, application, and improvement — not promotion or persuasion.

ACT → PLAN Transition

Dialogue often reveals gaps in understanding or readiness. If conversation indicates that foundational concepts need strengthening, the appropriate response is to return to PLAN phase materials before proceeding to implementation.

ACT closes the cycle, but also initiates the next one. Learning from experience (yours or others') refines planning, improves execution, and strengthens the connection between system philosophy and organizational reality.
